Samantha Hall is an experienced professional who has held various roles throughout their career. Samantha started their career at Wunderman Interactive in 1995, where they served as a Team Leader until 1997. Samantha then joined Telelab Limited as an Account Manager from 1997 to 2002. In 2002, Samantha joined TNT UK LTD and served as a Sales Office Manager until 2004. Samantha then transitioned to the role of Regional Indoor Sales Manager until 2008 and eventually became the Customer Service Co-ordination Centre Manager until 2017. Samantha then joined Johnson Matthey as the Head of Customer Service from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Operations Lead at Veranova from 2022 onwards. Throughout their career, Samantha has gained extensive experience in customer service, sales management, and team leadership.

Samantha Hall has a Bachelor's degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft from East 15 Acting School, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Samantha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Edinburgh Napier University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In 2015, Samantha completed a CPD Certified in Social Media Marketing and Online Reputation Management from Shaw Academy.
