Michael Gradl

Michael Gradl has extensive experience in engineering management, with a focus on fan projects ranging from $1 to $10 million and 1,500 to 11,000 horsepower. Michael has successfully managed projects in industries such as machine tools, micro-finishing, and high-precision grinding machines. Michael holds an MBA in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and a BSME from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently, Michael serves as the Engineering Manager in the Fan Division at Verantis Corporation, where Michael leads process improvement and mentors newly graduated engineers to process custom fan orders efficiently.
