Will Bulzomi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Will began their career as a Communications Intern at The Washington State Association for Justice in 2013. Will then worked as a Lodging Content Associate at Expedia, Inc. on a contract basis in 2015. Will also served as a Bank Consultant 2 at BECU from 2018 to 2019, where they deepened and retained member relationships and handled business loan applications. Will also worked as a Consultant at Geek Squad and as a Content and Sales Consultant at Best Buy, both in 2018.
In 2019, Will joined Bungie as a Software Test (TargetCW), where they were a member of the Destiny 2: Destiny Integrated Experience test team. Will was responsible for executing daily testing efforts, compiling bug reports, and providing design and balance feedback.
From 2015 to 2020, Will worked as an Administrative Assistant at Evergreen Personal Injury Counsel. In this role, they provided administrative support to the team.
Most recently, Will joined Verasonics as a Customer Success Specialist in 2020. Will quickly advanced to the role of Senior Customer Success Specialist in 2022. In this position, they handled support case management and administration, served as the main point of contact for RMA management and administration, and created workflow and process documents. Will also led weekly meetings with ultrasound scientists and the ultrasound science leadership group, monitored the lifecycle of all RMA's, and provided a voice of the customer. Additionally, they managed software license requests and trained new employees.
Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated their ability to excel in customer-focused roles and has developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management.
Will Bulzomi attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in New Media Communications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Social Media Marketing Foundations," "Writing a Compelling Blog Post," and "Web Development Foundations: Web Technologies" from LinkedIn. In 2009, they also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.
