Melissa Hickman

Melissa Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Melissa started their career at Hays in 2005, where they began as a Resourcer and was eventually promoted to Compliance Executive & Trainer. In this role, they were responsible for managing compliance processes and delivering training workshops for recruitment consultants and resourcers.

In 2009, Melissa joined Lambert Smith Hampton as an Executive Assistant, where they worked until 2012. Melissa then moved to Regatta Ltd, where they held various HR roles, including HR Administrator, HR Associate (Advisory & Administration), and HR Advisor. Melissa worked at Regatta Ltd from 2012 to 2018.

Melissa's most recent role is with Verastar, where they have held multiple positions since joining in 2019. Melissa started as an HR Advisor and later became the People Services Manager. Currently, they hold the positions of Graduate Programme Lead and People Business Partner.
