Carrie Cook

Carrie Cook has extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and safety within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Case Processing, Safety, and Pharmacovigilance at Verastem Oncology since January 2018, Carrie previously held significant roles at FORUM Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Manager and Contract Pharmacovigilance Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Safety Specialist at INC Research and as Pharmacovigilance Scientist and Manager at Genzyme Corporation, where Carrie managed a safety team and contributed to Risk Management Plans. Early career experience includes nursing in hematology and oncology at Hematology and Oncology Associates of South Texas. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a Pre-BSN from Galveston College.
