Joshua Soldo has over 25 years of experience in scientific and medical affairs, product development, and research. In 1994, they began their career as a Junior Scientist at the University of Minnesota, where they developed and validated analytical methods for protein purification, plant hormone analysis, and enzyme assays. In 2000, they became a Lab Analyst III at Pace Analytical, providing expertise and leadership to the business unit and developing and validating LC and LCMS methods for quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals, therapeutic agents, chemicals, and related substances. In 2001, they joined Beckman Coulter as a Senior Development Scientist, building Beckman's infrastructure to support growth and evaluating and developing new technology and IP. In 2007, they became Corporate Director Scientific Affairs and Senior Corporate Manager Discovery & Technology at DiaSorin, where they forged key opinion leader partnerships and interacted with clinicians, scientists and customers to collect, discuss and solve issues of assay performance, composition and technicalities. In 2014, they were Vice President Scientific Affairs at Anteo Diagnostics, and in 2016 they joined Roche as Medical & Scientific Affairs - Cardiac, facilitating and developing the relationship with the medical/scientific community by communicating CARDIAC product-related information. Finally, in 2018 they became Chief Scientific Officer at VERAVAS, Inc., transforming laboratory medicine through technology that delivers superior test results.

Joshua Soldo is currently attending the University of Minnesota, majoring in Biochemistry.
