Elizabeth Krodel has extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Elizabeth started their career at Bayer Diagnostics in 1998, where they held the position of VP, Research and Development, Nucleic Acid Diagnostics. Elizabeth later became VP Product Development at Bayer AG (Chiron NAD) and played a key role in the company's product development efforts from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, Elizabeth joined ParAllele BioScience and then moved to Parallele Biosciences (now Affymetrix) as Sr VP Development and Operations. Elizabeth worked there until 2005. From 2006 to 2009, Elizabeth served as a Consultant at Halteres Associates, LLC before becoming Chief Technical Officer at HX Diagnostics in 2007. In 2009, they joined Verax Biomedical Incorporated as VP, Research and Development.

Elizabeth Krodel completed their education at Brandeis University from 1971 to 1976, earning a PhD in Biochemistry.
