Rachel MacDougall

Rachel MacDougall is a BCBA with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently employed at Verbal Behavior Associates since January 2023, Rachel has previously held positions as a BCBA at Zinnia Health and CREST, a Strand Specialist at Boston Public Schools, and a BCBA at NE-ARC. Earlier in their career, Rachel served as Assistant Clinical Director at Vinfen and as an ABA Therapist at Apex Behavioral Consulting. Rachel's expertise includes conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing academic and function-based behavior support plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, and implementing data collection methods. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Vermont.
