Dr. Sebastian Werner

Dr. Sebastian Werner is a seasoned professional in market access and health technology assessment, currently serving as Senior Manager Market Access at the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (vfa) since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Market Access Strategy Manager at Lilly Deutschland GmbH for a brief period in 2021, and Manager of Medical Benefit Assessment & HTA at vfa from January 2015 to June 2021. Dr. Werner also held the position of Project Lead in Medical Benefit Assessment at the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care (IQWIG) from December 2010 to December 2014, and worked as a Research Scientist and Lecturer at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics from 2005 to 2010.
