Patricia Montesinos Bescós

Patricia Montesinos Bescós has been working in the legal industry since 1997. Patricia began their career as a Senior Attorney at Montesinos Law Firm, where they specialized in corporate law, leading acquisitions and mergers for real estate, e-commerce, engineering and technology companies. In 2003, they became an External Consultant for the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona (Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona), where they ran up, organized and prepared all the legal documents and contracts needed to start-up the Chamber of Commerce in L'Hospitalet.

In 2010, Patricia joined VERBIO as Chief Worldwide Legal Officer, specializing in negotiating and executing joint venture agreements and forging strategic partnerships to support business development for a speech technology company. Patricia also provided counsel for marketing activities, including the creation and negotiation of vendor agreements.

In 2016, Patricia became an Attorney for NaturEner USA & NaturEner Canada, where they were responsible for supervising overall responsibility for legal and regulatory matters of the company and its US subsidiaries.

Since 2019, Patricia has been a Vocal of the ICAB's International Relations Commission and an International Delegate for California of the Barcelona Bar Association.

Patricia Montesinos Bescós has a Juris Doctor from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, a Master's degree in Business Law from IE Business School, and a Master's degree in Tax Law from Universitat de Barcelona. Patricia also took a course in Legal Issues in Cybersecurity from Stanford University in 2016. Patricia is admitted to the Bar in California, USA and is a member of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB).
