Dikla Edlis

Dikla Edlis is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Verbit. Dikla has held this position since November 2019.

Prior to joining Verbit, Dikla served as the Chief People Officer at ciValue from August 2017 to November 2019. During their time at ciValue, they were responsible for leading the company's HR initiatives and overseeing all aspects of the HR function.

Dikla has also served as an Executive Consultant at OD advisor from May 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in the areas of organizational development, change management, and human resources.

Prior to their consulting career, Dikla worked in various HR roles in the corporate sector. Dikla was the Chief People Officer at Panaya from November 2011 to April 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Global Recruitment Division at Bezeq International from August 2008 to September 2011. Dikla began their HR career as an Organizational and Vocational Psychologist at Pilat HR from October 2007 to August 2008.

Dikla holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

Dikla Edlis has a M.A. in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Human resources from the University of Haifa as well.
