Elad Shtilerman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Elad began their career in 2007 at Wales Ltd, where they worked as a Physicist and algorithm developer. At Wales Ltd, Elad researched complex inference problems in radar search and tracking, focusing on measurements association and multiple sensors data fusion. Elad also devised novel radar search algorithms during this time.
