Sagi Rothman

Sagi Rothman is the current CFO at Verbit. Previously, they were the Director of Corporate Development at Amdocs from January 2015 to December 2020. There, they were responsible for leading cross-functional teams, strategic rationale development, opportunity sourcing, potential targets engagement, modeling and valuation, negotiation, management presentations, due diligence and post-merger integration. Sagi also brought new business models and innovative technologies to Amdocs. Rothman has also worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Consolidator at Intel Corporation from January 2012 to December 2015. There, they were responsible for leading finance processes and analysis in Intel Wireless Connectivity Solutions Group and working on investment models, analysis and driving cross-group cost reduction & process improvements activities with an annual budget of more than $300M.

Sagi Rothman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University, magna cum laude, in the field of Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE). Sagi also holds a Bachelor of Science from Tel Aviv University, double majoring in Statistics, Operations Research and Economics.

Sagi Rothman reports to Tom Livne, CEO, Founder & Board Member. They are on a team with Raffi Margaliot - Chief Product Officer, Amit Mansur - VP, Customer Success, and Ariel Utnik - COO & GM. and Erez Cohn Kaiser - VP, Finance reports to Sagi Rothman.
