Viet Nguyen

Viet Nguyen currently serves as the Head of Global Recruiting Operations at Vercel and is an Advisor at SCALIS, both positions held since late 2024. In addition, Viet is the Founder of Talent Collective, a recruiting consulting practice established in December 2019, which assists organizations, from seed stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, in optimizing recruiting processes and systems. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition positions at Netflix from May 2023 to March 2025 and Recruiting Operations and Talent Advisory at Gem from December 2019 to May 2023, where Viet contributed to product development, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. Viet holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from San José State University.
