Yvonne van Den Broek

Yvonne van den Broek has extensive experience in various HR roles. Yvonne is currently the Director of Global People Operations & Programs at Vercel, where they are responsible for shaping and elevating HR functions to drive organizational success. Prior to Vercel, they worked at Elastic, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager Global Operations L&OD and Sr. Manager HR Operations EMEA & APJ. In these roles, they focused on establishing learning operations, managing HR operations in multiple regions, and leading the transformation of HR operations. Yvonne also has experience at Align Technology as an HR Business Partner, where they onboarded acquired businesses and streamlined HR processes. Earlier in their career, they worked at SPIE Nederland and FMHaaglanden in HR-related roles. Yvonne began their career as an HR Representative and HR Intern at Spoorflex Safety First B.V. Yvonne started their career in the field of recruitment as a Recruitment Intern at Sogeti. Throughout their work experience, they have shown a strong ability to drive operational efficiency, implement HR systems, and foster a positive employee experience.

Yvonne van den Broek earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010. Their secondary education was completed at Norbertuscollege from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued HAVO.
