Emma Huizar Felix serves as an Associate ESG Manager at Verdani Partners since June 2022, focusing on ESG strategy development for clients in the commercial real estate sector. With prior experience as Subdirectora de Operación y Desarrollo at Comisión Estatal de Energía, Emma oversaw operational efficiency and energy project development. Previous roles include Guest Professor at CETYS Universidad, Sr. Energy and Sustainability Consultant at Diurna Energy, and certifications specialist at Verdani Partners. Emma's extensive background in sustainability includes significant positions at Alliance Residential Company where management of a $15 billion portfolio's sustainability program was key. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master's Degree in Energy Management from ESCP Business School and multiple degrees from Arizona State University, Emma combines expertise in sustainability practices, energy management, and operational optimization.
