Pete Thorp has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Pete started their career in 1992 at U.S. Bank as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they served as a Sr. Vice President at Commerce Leasing, Inc. Following that, they joined TCF Equipment Finance in 2002 and held the position of Vice President until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Vice President at Verdant Commercial Capital.
Pete Thorp completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting/History at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 1983 to 1988.
