Aliakbar Toghyan

Aliakbar Toghyan has a strong background in robotics engineering, with experience working at Verdant Robotics as a Senior System and Test Engineer starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Everyday Robots, where they started as a Robotics Test Engineer in November 2021 and later became a Senior Robotics Test Engineer from April 2022 to April 2023. Aliakbar also worked as a Robotics Test Engineer at X, the moonshot factory from July 2018 to April 2023. Before that, they co-founded µOptix in 2017. Aliakbar also gained experience as a Course Assistant at Stanford University from January 2017 to March 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Robotics Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center from January 2015 to September 2015 and as a Robotics Engineer/Intern at NASA Ames Research Center from May 2014 to August 2014.

Aliakbar Toghyan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2012 to 2014. Aliakbar then pursued a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Stanford University from 2015 to 2017.
