Michelle Alvarez

Michelle Alvarez has a diverse work experience in the field of food technology. Michelle started their career as a Food Technologist at A&N Alimentos in 2013 and worked there until 2016. Michelle then joined CREMERIA AMERICANA, SA DE CV as an Ingeniero de desarrollo de nuevos productos from 2016 to 2018. Michelle was then promoted to the position of Coordinador de desarrollo de nuevos productos at the same company and worked there until 2021. In 2021, they joined CIENCIA Y TECNOLOGÍA EN SISTEMAS ALIMENTARIOS SA DE CV (CYTECSA) as a Técnico Senior Investigación y Desarrollo and worked there until 2022.
