Coby Price

Coby Price currently serves as Associate Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Verdantas since July 2023. Previously, Coby held the position of Associate Counsel at Anew from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts during the transition of Blue Source, LLC to Anew Climate, LLC, along with providing legal support to Blue Source Sustainable Forests Company, LLC. Coby also has academic experience as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Utah Valley University from July 2019 to January 2023. Earlier legal experience includes roles as an attorney at Gross & Rooney, Morgan Minnock Rice & Miner, and Bearnson & Caldwell, LLC, as well as a legal intern at Freescale Semiconductor. Coby’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University and a BA in Biology from the University of Utah.
