Erik Schulz

Erik Schulz currently serves as an Advisor at Verdata since June 2025. Prior to this role, Erik Schulz was the Global Vice President of Advisory Operations at Gartner, where leadership of a 30-member team led to improved client retention and an additional $50 million in contract value. As Managing VP of Research Operations, Erik Schulz transformed Gartner’s research processes, resulting in a $145 million increase in contract value. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Medidata Solutions, where strategic development contributed to revenue growth from $400 million to $1 billion, and Executive Vice President of Products and Go-to-Market Operations at Calero, which achieved significant sales lead increases. Previous roles also include Head of Product Management & Operations at eBay Enterprise and various positions at SAP focusing on strategy and operations. Erik Schulz began a career in consulting as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with dual Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth.
