Nikhil Joshi has extensive experience in the energy industry, starting their career in 1999 at Schlumberger as a Project Engineer and Product Champion. Nikhil then spent eight years as a Director at Moulinex Business Services, LLC before moving to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where they held various roles including Asset Manager, Commercial Manager, and Production Engineering Manager. In 2020, they became a Director at evoleap, where they supported energy transition efforts for O&G companies. In 2021, they began working as Director of Innovation and Technology at Talos Energy, where they facilitated the company's energy transition and emissions reduction efforts. Currently, they are Chief Technology Officer at Verde CO2, contributing towards an evolving industry.

Nikhil Joshi has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in ALM Finance from Harvard Extension School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018.
