Pete Lewis

Pete Lewis is the Vice President of Marketing at Verde Farms. Pete has over 20 years of experience in marketing, and has been with Verde Farms for two years.

Before joining Verde Farms, Pete was the Vice President of Marketing at Backyard Farms. Pete was with Backyard Farms for three years, and was responsible for leading the creation of the company's brand identity and sustainable business model. Under Pete's leadership, Backyard Farms became profitable for the first time since its inception in 2007.

Pete has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Open Range Beef | Raise American and as the Director of Marketing at Lightlife Foods (a ConAgra company).

Pete Lewis has a B.S. in Marketing from Marquette University and an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
