Sentilla Hawley has held various roles in communication, marketing, and advocacy with companies such as Verde, The Center for Women's Leadership, and Associated Students of Portland State University. Sentilla also has experience in retail sales with companies like Shop Adorn and SEPHORA. Sentilla has a B.A. in Communication Studies Major & Liberal Studies Major with minors in Advertising Management & Women's Studies from Portland State University and an Associate of Science degree from Portland Community College. Verde serves communities by building environmental wealth through social enterprise outreach and advocacy. Since 2005, Verde had brought new environmental investments to Portland's Neighborhoods, involved communities members in the planning and building of these investments, and ensured that low-income people and people of color directly benefited from these investments.
