James Ferguson

James Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. James started their career as an HR Intern at DelGrosso Family of Companies, where they coordinated new hire and termination documentation procedures, conducted interviews, and resolved employee issues. James then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Saint Francis University in the Residence Life department. Following that, they joined Penn State University as a Human Resources Associate in the Recruiting and Sourcing department, where they acquired and organized necessary employment documentation and collaborated on implementing a new HR system. James later worked at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. as an HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator and HR Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts. James then joined Versa Business Partners LLC as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2023, James Ferguson worked as a Human Resources Generalist III at Sparton before becoming the Operations & Human Resource Manager at VerdeGo Aero.

James Ferguson received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Saint Francis University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, James pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at the same institution from 2015 to 2017.
