With a history that includes significant positions such as R&D Director at JANAR and Manager Lead at JAMAX, where a Six Sigma program was introduced to strengthen market presence in Romania and Hungary, Grzegorz has also been instrumental in managing aviation and industrial projects at Textron and Bell Helicopter. Grzegorz holds a Master's degree from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza and has received apprenticeships in Lean and production planning.
