Brandon Chauvaux is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at Verdesian Life Sciences since May 2021, Brandon previously held the role of Customer Support Lead at FloLogic and served as a Helpdesk Technician at FDH Velocitel, which later became FDH Infrastructure Services after an acquisition. Brandon's earlier technical positions include roles at HCL Technologies and Apex Systems, providing advanced technical support and managing incident tickets.
