Joanna Polak

Joanna Polak is a Junior Project Engineer at Verdo since April 2023, previously serving as Kierownik Biura Rozwoju at ELKOM TRADE S.A. from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include Specialist in Energy Efficiency at Cerrad and Boiler Constructor at Danstoker, where Joanna worked from June 2017 to October 2021. Joanna also held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at HAARSLEV INDUSTRIES for a year and began the career as an Assistant Constructor/Design Engineer at Weiss A/S from July 2012 to September 2016. Academic achievements include a Green Belt in Lean practices from Leanpassion, Project Management training from Szkoła Biznesu Laba, Postgraduate studies in Thermal Energy at AGH University of Krakow, and a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from AGH University of Krakow, complemented by international education at the University of the West of Scotland.
