Jason P. A. Dwyer has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, benefits and payroll management, compliance, and operations.

Starting in 1996, they worked at Scientific Drilling, where they held positions such as Director of Human Resources and Training, Global Operations Support Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Operations Coordinator, Base Operations Coordinator, and Directional Surveyor. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic department design, daily management of teams, policy manual redesign, and simplification, global ExPat program design, shipping and receiving process optimization, equipment design and repair improvements, integration with the Accounting department, and budgeting tool development.

From 2021 to 2022, Dwyer worked at Targa Resources as the Manager of Benefits & Payroll. In this role, they managed the overall design, vendor relationship, and day-to-day operations of the payroll and benefits team. Jason P. A. streamlined the administration of FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA-related leaves.

Currently, Dwyer holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Verdun Oil Company, starting in 2022.

Jason P. A. Dwyer obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston between 2012 and 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, spanning from 1989 to 1996.
