Currently serving as Client Manager and formerly as Technical Service Representative at Vereco Healthcare Solutions, Mark provides comprehensive support for network and workstation printers while managing over 30 offsite locations. Previous roles include technical service positions at CBS, CynergisTek, and Auxilio, where Mark developed expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and user training across various printer brands. Additionally, Mark has a background in technology as a self-employed computer technician and experience in retail management at City Line Liquors. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Entertainment from Becker College.
