Joshuah Wahlers-Hinds

Joshuah Wahlers-Hinds is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in property accounting and financial services. Currently serving as Manager of Property Financial Services at CIM Group since August 2018, Joshuah has also held roles as Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant. Previously, Joshuah worked as a Property Accountant at VEREIT, Inc. and gained foundational experience in banking as a Teller at FirstBank. Additional experience includes a position as a Cashier at Grand Canyon University. Joshuah holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2015.
