Rous Dieva

Rous Dieva, P.Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Reservoir Engineering at Veren since January 2024, leading a technical team focused on company strategy, budgets, field development, and reserves planning. Previously, Rous held the position of Senior Reservoir Engineer at Crescent Point Energy from January 2017 to December 2023 and was Team Lead in Reservoir Engineering at Baker Hughes, RDS, from September 2010 to January 2017, managing a team of eight and overseeing budgeting, technical excellence, and client relationships. Additional roles at Baker Hughes included Project Manager and Reservoir Engineer, in which Rous guided reservoir engineers and conducted reservoir simulation analyses. Early career experience includes an internship at Epic Consulting Services, emphasizing CO2 miscible flooding and CO2 sequestration. Rous holds a Master of Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary (2005-2010).
