Debbie Jellema

Debbie Jellema is an accomplished HR adviser and recruiter at Milieudefensie since May 2023, while also pursuing a career as a part-time freelance fashion designer. As part of the sustainable fashion collective ODE AAN OMA, which includes Jasmijn Taken and Mirte Luijmes, Debbie has participated in various notable events including FASHIONCLASH 2019 and the European Fashion Passport in Sarajevo. Previous roles include positions as a corporate recruiter and branch manager at OGD ict-diensten, and experience as a sales assistant at Flying Tiger Copenhagen. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) and studies in Fashion Branding at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
