Lysanne Zalm

Lysanne Zalm is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at Milieudefensie since March 2018, Lysanne has also contributed to Down to Earth magazine and The Dolphin Swim Club in similar capacities. A former Sustainability Consultancy Trainee, Lysanne participated in an innovative solar-powered expedition to the South Pole while addressing challenges in the fast fashion industry. Prior to these roles, Lysanne gained experience at IAB Nederland and Weborama Nederland, focusing on mobile advertising and client support, and completed internships at G+J Media and KERN Amsterdam. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in French & Linguistics from the University of York.
