Nicky van Dijk

Nicky van Dijk is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Lead Researcher for a climate court case against ING and a Policy Advisor for Sustainable Finance at Milieudefensie since April 2022. Additionally, Nicky is a PhD candidate at the University of Tasmania, focusing on intergenerational justice through the lens of environmental law and climate ethics, and contributes as casual research staff by co-authoring publications and proofreading. Nicky also has experience in enhancing the university's sustainable investments and engaging students in sustainability initiatives. Previously, Nicky worked as a Teaching Assistant at Utrecht University, instructing tutorials in philosophy and artificial intelligence. Nicky holds a Master of Research in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from Utrecht University.
