Celia is the Director of People & Culture at Verge Agricultural. She plays an integral role in growing and developing a talented team and creating an environment where people thrive. Celia graduated with Honours, with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University. In addition to a BBA, she’s a Charted Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Compensation Professional.

With over ten years of experience in the People & Culture field, she’s passionate about building cultures where people can do their best work, feel valued, and see growth opportunities. In addition, she takes pride in balancing business needs with the personal needs that each person brings to the workplace.
