Adam Lum

Adam Lum is an experienced Process Engineer currently working at Vergent Products, where responsibilities include improving and streamlining corporate processes through custom software development and kaizen methodologies. Previously, Adam co-owned Wooden Mountain, LLC, a successful bouldering gym in Loveland, Colorado, and operated AM3 Engineering, LLC, focusing on Continuous Improvement and Business Process Engineering. Adam also served as a Project Engineer at NEO Technology Solutions, emphasizing lean manufacturing principles, and owned Lum Photography, providing event and portrait photography services. Adam's earlier experience includes internships at Colorado State University’s Engines and Energy Conservation Laboratory, where work involved R&D and design, along with a role at Great Harvest Bread Co. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
