Nick Hains is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering, research and development, and characterization within the semiconductor and electronics industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Vergent Products since April 2022, Nick previously held roles including R&D Engineer at Rapiscan Systems and Product/Applications Engineer at Exar Corporation, where responsibilities included bench characterization and performance reporting for high-performance analog products. Earlier career positions include characterization engineering at Cadeka Microcircuits and engineering technician roles at Fairchild Semiconductor and Kota Microcircuits, among others. Nick's career began as a Cleanroom Assembly Line Lead at Prarietek Corporation, demonstrating a progressive trajectory through a range of technical and engineering functions across various companies. Education includes studies at Aims Community College and Front Range Community College.
