Caleb T. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Caleb started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Newton Municipal School District, where they led a project to replace computer equipment in a computer lab and provided training to teachers on software usage. After that, Caleb joined Koch Foods as a Help Desk Specialist, where they assisted employees with software and hardware issues and documented procedures for issue resolution. Caleb then moved on to the Mississippi Secretary of State as a Network Specialist, handling troubleshooting requests and documenting procedures in a ticketing system. Caleb returned to Koch Foods as an IT Systems Administrator, where they provided tier 3 support, worked on complex projects, and ensured business productivity and availability. Currently, they are working at Vergent LMS as an IT Manager, serving as the point of contact for escalations and communications related to hosting infrastructure and architecting and deploying reliable database structures.

Caleb T. completed their associate degree in Computer Networking at East Central Community College from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Management Information Systems, General at Mississippi University for Women from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Caleb obtained certifications in "Azure for DevOps: Designing a Strategy" and "PowerShell: Automating Administration" through LinkedIn in October 2020.
