Laura Sorey

Laura Sorey is the current Director of Customer Success at VergentLMS. Laura has also previously worked as a Project Manager / Business Analyst at Integra Connect from June 2016 to February 2017. Laura has also worked as a Senior Billing Specialist / Project Manager at BCI from October 2002 to May 2016 where they were responsible for processing all billing for the company and managing projects/contracts. Prior to that, Laura was a CSR/Project Manager & Documentation at 121 Micro (ePartners) from February 2000 to September 2002 where they wrote documentation/help for internal development projects (web) and contacted customers regarding the renewal of their GP support maintenance. Laura began their career as a Technical Writer at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance from January 1998 to December 2000.

Laura Sorey completed their undergraduate degree at Baylor University, where they studied management information systems and real estate. Laura then went on to complete their MBA at the University of Texas at Austin.

They are on a team with Leann Cotten - VP of Sales & Lender Relations, Lisa Freeze - CFO, and Terry Freeze - COO. Laura Sorey reports to Scott Putnam, CEO.
