Gino Declercq

Gino Declercq has extensive experience in operations and management across various industries, currently serving as the Managing Director and COO of Vergokan since February 2015. Gino has also worked as an Operational Management Consultant and Interim Manager at HURAX since September 2013. Previously, Gino held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Lano from September 2013 to July 2014, and served as Operations Unit Director and Operations Manager during a ten-year tenure at Balta. Additionally, Gino was the Continental Operations Manager at Nampak and worked as a Management Consultant at ESCI. Gino's early career included a role as Production Manager Extrusion at Hoogovens Aluminium. Gino holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and a degree as a Bedrijfskundig Ingenieur from Vlerick Business School.
