Henk Boswinkel

Henk Boswinkel has extensive experience in consultancy, training, and interim management, having worked at Boswinkel & Partners since 1988, focusing on Total Quality Management, HR, Hospitality, and Change Management. In addition to ongoing freelance management consultancy for Dutch subsidiaries at Watershed Europe Ltd. since 2005, Henk serves as an External Quality Manager for both the Verhoeven Family of Companies and Keizer, ensuring ISO certification and providing general management consultancy. Henk has also been involved in academia as a freelance senior lecturer across several institutions since 2005, teaching various subjects related to management and organization. Previous roles included significant HR functions at Wolters Kluwer, Ballast Nedam & Boskalis, and Unilever from 1971 to 1988, as well as a tenure as Change Manager at the Instituut voor Veranderkunde.
