Nicky Klein

Nicky Klein is the Chief Data Officer at Kantar Public, leading the development of the Verian data capability. Formerly, Nicky served as the Chief Data Officer at Direct Line Group, where Nicky defined and executed the group's first data strategy. Prior to that, Nicky was the Chief Operating Officer at dunnhumby, building and leading global product leadership across technology and consulting solutions. With a background in BA (Hons) Geography from Durham University, Nicky has a strong track record in using data to drive business success and improve the customer experience across various industries.
