Darren Hanna is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development with significant experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Vericast since January 2021, Darren focuses on strategic people planning, talent engagement, performance management, and retention across diverse business entities. Previously, Darren spent over 14 years at Marriott International in various leadership roles, including Director, Americas Learning for both Franchise and Business Operations, where key achievements included developing employee-centric learning strategies for over 4,000 hotels and mentoring a team to manage extensive learning programs. With a foundational education in History from Messiah University, Darren's career also includes earlier positions at JW Marriott Denver and Denver Airport Marriott, showcasing expertise in team leadership and operational excellence.
