Roberta Richard

Roberta (Bobbi) Richard is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in incident management and systems support. Currently serving as the Senior Manager at Vericast Operations Center since August 2017, Bobbi has previously held positions at Vericast as Manager and Operations Analyst IV and III. Prior experience includes a role as Crisis Management Operations Analyst at Delta Air Lines, where responsibility included ensuring efficient incident documentation and resolution, as well as facilitating troubleshooting efforts. Bobbi's early career at IBM involved managing mainframe systems as a Production Support Analyst, focusing on SLA adherence, while a decade at AT&T as a Senior Operations Analyst involved monitoring mainframe processes and documentation. Bobbi holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Davenport University-Eastern Region.
