Roshna Shrestha

Roshna Shrestha is an experienced Systems Reporting Analyst at Vericast since August 2023, focusing on data integrity and reporting for Contact Center systems. Prior to this role, Roshna worked at AstraZeneca from October 2015 to January 2023 as a Workforce Management Analyst, where responsibilities included creating tools for data analysis and developing reports to quantify productivity and operational statistics. Roshna also served as a Data Analyst, generating reports and conducting data analyses. Earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University from August 2012 to May 2015, assisting faculty with various academic tasks. Roshna holds a Master’s degree in Management and Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Kathmandu University.
