Steve Hasmanis has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in contact center growth strategy, optimization, and sales. steve currently serves as the Vice President of Contact Center Growth Strategy & Optimization at Vericast, where they focus on extending client reach without compromising quality delivery. Prior to this, Steve was the Vice President of Valassis Solution Center at Valassis, where they transformed tools and procedures to create an integrated buying experience for clients. steve also held the position of Sales & Service Center Director at The Home Depot, overseeing a 300-seat sales and customer service center. Earlier in their career, Steve worked in leadership roles at Accenture, Time Warner Cable, and Cox Communications, where they handled large-scale projects, developed strategic visions, and managed call center operations.
Steve Hasmanis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
