Adrienne Jones-Swan

Adrienne Jones-Swan has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over three decades. Adrienne currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Vericel Corporation, where they oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement activities, and training. Prior to this, Adrienne worked at SharkNinja as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner, providing strategic consultation on various HR areas and serving as a trusted adviser to leaders. Adrienne also held the position of Human Resources Management Partner at VMware - Carbon Black Security Business Unit. Earlier in their career, Adrienne worked as an HR Manager at Corporate Technologies Inc, an IT consulting firm, and as a Senior HR Generalist/Manager at H&R Block, where they provided HR guidance and support to multiple development centers. Additionally, they worked as an HR Business Partner at iBelong and as an HR Generalist at Comverse/Boston Technology. Adrienne's experience includes responsibilities such as performance management, organizational design, management coaching, talent development, employee relations, recruitment, and more.

Adrienne Jones-Swan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stonehill College. Adrienne has also obtained a certification in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2021.
