Charles O'Regan

Charles O'Regan, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Engineering at Vericel® Corporation since March 2023, after holding the position of Associate Director of Engineering. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Facilities Engineering - Capital Projects at Organogenesis and Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing & Operations at Instylla. Charles O'Regan also worked at GE Healthcare as Manufacturing Program Leader, and served as Director of Engineering at Alcresta, where leadership contributed to the development of Relizorb, a Medical Design Excellence Gold Medal-winning device. Additionally, Charles was a Project Manager at Covidien, focused on UDI standards, and served as Principal Engineer at AstraZeneca, overseeing capital projects and lean initiatives. Charles O'Regan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
