Jay Aldrich

Jay Aldrich has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Jay began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in 1996. Jay then worked at Stryker Biotech as a Bioreactor Technician and later as a Quality Control Analyst. In 1999, they joined Lonza Biologics as a Manufacturing Associate, involved in the start-up of a dual harvest train bioreactor system. From 1999 to 2011, Jay worked at Biogen Idec, starting as a Manufacturing Associate and progressing to Manager of Quality Assurance. At Genzyme, they held positions as a Quality Engineer and eventually became the Quality Manager of Quality Engineering Compliance. Jay then moved on to Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where they served as Senior Manager of Investigational Quality Assurance. Currently, Jay is an Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Vericel Corporation, a position they have held since 2015. Overall, Jay Aldrich has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and management throughout their career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Jay Aldrich attended Maine Maritime Academy from 1991 to 1995, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Studies.
